SM2000...High speed, reliable strapping, at an affordable price The SM2000 strapper is designed to provide high speed, jam resistant operation for a broad range of general purpose strapping applications at an affordable price. It is loaded with standard features, and can strap 50 times a minute using affordable 5, 6 or 9mm polypropylene strapping. The SM2000 is ideal for mailroom applications, distribution centers, publishing and forms. It is backed by a robust warranty, a complete parts inventory, and our own in house service department.

  • Auto Strap Loading
    • The SM2000 loads with the touch of a button.

  • Loop Ejector and Auto Re-Feed
    • Non completed cycles are automatically cleared and re-fed.

  • One-Piece Strap Track
    • The unique, fully accessible, strap track reduces strap dust and applies consistently parallel straps.

  • Electric Photo Eye
    • Standard on the SM2000, the adjustable photo eye gives you several automatic strapping options.

  • 4 Modes of Activation
    • The strap cycle can be activated by photocell, magnetic palm switch, remote foot pedal or foot bar.

  • Fast and Economical
    • Up to 50 cycles per minute of low cost 5,6, or 9mm strap.

  • Low Maintenance
    • The SM2000 has 30% fewer moving parts than comparable machines, uses brushless DC motors, and requires minimal lubrication.

  • Portable Design
    • Four heavy-duty casters (two locking), compact design, and 110volt power makes the SM2000 easy to set up at any location.
