Arpac RT-SERIES Stretch Wrap Systems

The RT-SERIES rotary tower stretch wrapper is the ideal solution for wrapping unstable pallet loads that are either too light or too heavy to rotate on a platform wrapper, or washdown environments.

The heavy-duty RT-SERIES wraps from overhead with the film carriage revolving around the stationary pallet load. A unique arm drive system uses the best of both direct drives and ring gear design - specifically a large steel welded ring that will not fatigue over time. The arm rotates around the ring supported by sealed bearings. The entire system is maintenance free!

Although the RT-SERIES is typically installed in environments that utilize a fork truck to load and unload, this system can be customized with specified conveyors to optimize material handling.

The RT-SERIES is part of a robust line of stretch wrapping equipment designed to maximize stretch film usage while ensuring the very best load unitization. All ARPAC STRETCH™ equipment is constructed with heavy-duty reinforced structural steel and finished with non-corrosive Steel-It paint to guarantee years of reliable wrapping.

The RT-SERIES is manufactured in the USA and sold through our nationwide distributor network.
